The area where council members meet to draft and vote on laws. The Oracles do not attend every session, but will if invited.

A massive library in the scholars' quarter of the city, right where it borders the palace and temple.. It is not far from where the council meets, and most areas are open to the public. Only the most expensive embellished texts and political archives are restricted access.

A temple dedicated to the mother goddess that takes devotees of all types. They are the largest temple, and their campus takes up more room in the city than the palace itself. There are schools within specializing in each type of magic, and one for scholars of mathematics.

The Palace where the Oracles live with their Council Members. The High General also has quarters here but is often needed elsewhere.
