For centuries the kingdom of Easthaven has been led by the Oracles, a series of women chosen by the Triple Goddesses to receive visions of the future. Five years ago, the last Oracle passed away and twin oracles were revealed to take her place. Their divine nature recognized, the children were taken to the Palace to be raised in the ways of the Twin Goddesses whom they are believed to embody. Soon they will come of age and take their place as the leaders of Eashaven. The whole country is abuzz--some with excitement and others with mutiny. Physical Description: Slight and often considered plain, Thuy is often underestimated. She dresses in dark colors most of the time and prefers long skirts and sleeves to the short skirts and billowing blouses that are becoming popular. Her dark eyes are nearly black, and she has an impeccable 'poker face'.
Personality Description: Thuy isn't as ambitious as some of the other members of the council, but she can hold her own in an argument and will fight to the death to protect her ideals and morals. She is particularly committed to education for the children of Easthaven, and protecting the rights of women. She's usually very level headed and calm, and slow to anger. When she is angry, however, she isn't afraid to make it obvious, and she usually surprises people with how loud a voice can come from so small a person.
Religious Preferences: Thuy considers herself most dedicated to Luna, but she believes that all three goddesses exist as part of one goddess. She has a small shrine in her bedroom where she prays before bed.

BIO Thuy is the eldest daughter of the Kim family head. She had an older brother, Shun, who was a fire magic user and soldier, but was killed in battle. She was only ten when he passed, and she became the family heir. She and her brother had never spent much time together, but she admired him and loved him dearly. She keeps his sword hanging on the wall in her bedroom as a reminder of his sacrifice.
She was chosen to join the council when he left it to "focus more on improving the family status and fortune", and she has been serving there as the Kim family representative for three years. It's fairly clear that her father wanted to have her step into power while he was still around, so that he could make sure she was well established in the council before he passed. She is unmarried, and this annoys her father. He is constantly trying to set her up with some man or another, but she refuses to let him--she wants to marry for love.
In her free time Thuy likes to read philosophy texts and garden, and she can usually be found either at the Kim family estate or the Candra Library.
